This morning on the Today show, entertaining expert Maureen Petrosky made my day when she stopped by the famed morning program to show them how to make a fabulous Spiked Iced Soy Chai with Spiced Rum just in time for New Year’s Eve. Doesn’t this sound like the perfect signature cocktail to serve your guests on Thursday night? I think so too!
To make the fabulous Spiked Iced Soy Chai with Spiced Rum, Maureen stated you’ll need water, fresh sliced ginger, green cardamom pods, star anise, cinnamon sticks, French press, loose black tea (or store bought chai tea bags), pitcher full of ice, spiced rum, vanilla soy milk, orange peels.
