With Thanksgiving just a few short weeks away, now is the time to start planning what you’ll make for Thanksgiving Dinner. The Today show is making it very easy for us, with their Ultimate Thanksgiving Month segments this entire month. This week we’ve been treated to amazing Turkey Day meal ideas and this morning Today Food contributor and Carson Daly’s fiancee Siri Pinter stopped by the famed morning program to show all of us at home how to prepare Green Bean Casserole, and Carson’s mom’s ‘Cloud Nine’ Potatoes.

To make Siri Pinter’s famed green been casserole, she mentioned that you’ll need green beans, olive oil, chicken stock, butter, bacon, Shitake mushrooms, flour, whole milk, salt and pepper, nutmeg, shallots, and vegetable oil.
