This morning on the Today show, celebrity chef Curtis Stone kicked off Ultimate Thanksgiving month with his amazing recipe for cajun roasted turkey. Chef Stone later joined Al Roker to show him (and all of us at home) how to make Turkey Gravy without the lumps just in time for your Thanksgiving Day feast.
To make the fabulous Turkey gravy without the lumps, chef Curtis Stone mentioned that you’ll use the same pan that you cooked the turkey in, add a little dried thyme (you can add the stuffing if you want), onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and dried oregano.
