To make the delicious pumpkin ice cream pie, Clinton Kelly mentioned you’ll need: a graham cracker crust (graham crackers and butter), caramel (brown sugar, half and half, butter, vanilla extract, pecans) and the filling (butter pecan ice cream, pumpkin ice cream, whipped cream, heavy cream, powdered sugar, maple extract), a saucepan, and a stand mixer.
