Watch Chef David Slater Make Thanksgiving Turkey One-Pot Turkey Gumbo and Turkey and Wild Rice Salad On The Today Show Video

With Thanksgiving just two days away, you probably know what you’ll be preparing your friends and family on Turkey Day, but have you thought about what you’re going to do with all of your leftovers? If you’re a fellow fan of the classic show “Friends”, you’re probably thinking you can make a mean sandwich with your turkey and “the moist maker”…but that isn’t the only option! Earlier this morning on the Today show, chef David Slater of Emeril’s Restoration in New Orleans joined our ladies Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford to show them and all of us at home how to make two delicious recipes using Thanksgiving turkey leftovers: one-pot turkey gumbo and turkey and wild rice salad.
