If there’s one food I love and have to have on a daily basis, it’s definitely cheese. I tried eliminating it from my diet a few years ago, and let me just say, it wasn’t a very pretty sight. There may have been tears, tantrums, and I will never do that again! šŸ˜‰ If you love cheese, especially yummy queso as much as I do, you’re in luck! Earlier this morning on the Today show, Today Food contributor, food blogger and Carson Daly’s fiancee Siri Pinter stopped by to show Carson how to makeĀ Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip and Ultimate Queso just in time for the World Series and Tailgate parties.

To make the Slow cooker buffalo chicken dip, Siri and Carson dished that you’ll need chicken breasts, hot sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, blue cheese, scallions, and a slow cooker!
