Are you looking to get in shape by 2016? With holiday parties and the new year just weeks away, now is the perfect time to get healthy and in shape! Today Fitness Correspondent Jenna Wolfe and Today Nutritionist Joy Bauer have taken three Today show viewers under their wings for the 16 to 16 Challenge to show them how they can lose weight and feel great by making simple changes to their diet and by exercising more.
The 16 to 16 challenge started on September 15th, and not only did we have a chance to see just how the three Today show viewers are doing, but Joy Bauer and Jenna Wolfe shared some simple tips that will not only help them get healthy and in shape, but those of us at home too! Joy Bauer has an amazing healthy shopping list on the Today show website to share with us, but she also gave us a sneak peek at just a few that we all need at home: “apples, protein-rich nonfat or low fat Greek yogurt, baby carrots, frozen chopped spinach, frozen shrimp, canned salmon, canned beans, dried beans, and believe it or not lollipops!”
Today fitness correspondent Jenna Wolfe discussed how the other two viewers had done on their 16 to 16 challenge diet this last week, and she gave us a four exercise pyramid that we can all do in the comfort of our own homes. 4 exercises in 16 minutes three days a week?
