The sophisticated Australian dessert is one of my absolute favorites, and this morning on the Today show “Hand Made Baking” author Kamran Siddiqi stopped by to show Erica Hill (and the rest of us at home) how to make a raspberry pavlova that looks absolutely AMAZING!

To make this beautiful raspberry pavlova, Kamran Siddiqi stated that you’ll need egg whites, an electric mixer, sugar, sea salt, a metal spoon, parchment paper, baking sheet, white vinegar, heavy cream, raspberry jam, raspberries (or your favorite fruit of the season), pistachio nuts.
