“Hot In Cleveland” star Valerie Bertinelli stopped by the Today show this morning to chat about her amazing new Food Network show “Valerie’s Home Cooking” and to prepare a few dishes with co-anchors! Earlier today she made a delicious crostini with artichoke and spinach dip that I can’t wait to make, and she also made chicken cutlets with spicy arugula that sound equally as delicious.
To make the fabulous chicken cutlets with spicy arugula, Valerie Bertinelli dished that you’ll need chicken cutlets, salt and pepper, eggs, Panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, dried basil, canola oil, arugula, lemon, shallot, dijon mustard, and olive oil as far as ingredients go.
