Applebee’s Sriracha shrimp is one of the most popular menu items at the famed restaurant, and is beloved by many! With this week being restaurant redo week on the Today show, Today Food contributors have been dishing simple ways you can recreate restaurant style meals in the comfort of your own home. On this morning’s episode, Today show producer Patrice Poltzer shared the secret to making Applebee’s Sriracha shrimp without a deep fryer.
To recreate Applebee’s Sriracha shrimp, Patrice stated that you’ll need a high sided sauce pan, canola or vegetable oil, flour, corn starch, salt, cayenne, garlic powder, seltzer water, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice and fresh or frozen shrimp.
