We all know how important it is to eat a healthy well balanced breakfast, but how many of us actually take the time to sit down and eat before we head out the door to school or to the job in the morning? If you’ve been craving a healthy and delicious dish that you can eat before walking out the door in the morning or in my case, before I start working from home, you’re in luck! Earlier this morning on the Today show, Joel Gamoran (who is a senior resident chef at Sur La Table) joined Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb to make healthy and delicious muffin tin frittatas for back to school.
To make Joel’s healthy and delicious muffin tin frittatas, you’ll need a muffin tin olive oil, eggs, ham, corn kernels, cheddar cheese, whole milk, flat-leaf parsley, English muffins, Kosher salt and pepper and any other ingredients you’d like to add! Be sure to watch the video below to see how Sur La Table senior resident chef, Joel Gamoran made delicious muffin tin frittatas just in time for breakfast tomorrow or brunch this weekend.
