To make the fabulous broiled steak and asparagus in a feta cream sauce, Molly Gilbert stated that you’ll need a sheet pan, a tray, sirloin tip steaks, olive oil, fresh asparagus, salt, pepper, feta cheese, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and fresh chives.
