When it comes to cooking, I love recipes that take 30 minutes or less to prepare! Earlier this morning on the Today show, Matt Lauer dished that this entire week they’ll be sharing recipes that take 25 minutes or less to prepare, which of course was music to my ears. This morning he was joined on the show by Kelly Senyei of JustATaste.com to make┬ábaked cheddar dijon┬áchicken tenders that was inspired by her love of Cheez-It crackers (my weakness) and zucchini fritters, too!

To make the delicious baked cheddar dijon chicken tenders, Kelly Senyei dished that you’ll need Cheez-It crackers, flour, chicken tenders, dijon mustard, eggs, and paprika.

Do you have an abundance of zucchini in your garden? If so, you’ll definitely want to make the healthy and fabulous zucchini fritters with just five ingredients that Kelly prepared on the Today show this morning as well! To make this dish you’ll need shredded zucchini, eggs, vegetable oil, sour cream, scallions and some flour.
