I try to eat as healthy as possible when possible, BUT I’ll admit, Taco Bell is definitely my weakness. I can’t get enough of it, especially the crunchy hardshell tacos. This week on the Today show, our favorite co-hosts and contributors are sharing restaurant redos! This morning on the show, Alejandra Ramos made a delicious Chick-fil-A inspired chicken sandwich that I can’t wait to prepare, and chef Ryan Scott shared his secret to making – you guessed it – Taco Bell Hard Shell Tacos! I thought I was excited about the sandwich, but I have to admit, I’m getting all the ingredients tonight to make the Taco Bell inspired tacos, yes, I’m that obsessed. 😉
To make the delicious Taco Bell Hard Shell Tacos, chef Ryan Scott mentioned you’ll need ground beef, corn tortillas, lettuce, diced square tomatoes (Taco Bell has the BEST tomatoes) red onion, garlic, chili powder, black pepper, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, sour cream, red salsa and a few other ingredients.
