This week on the Today show we’ve been treated to some of the best restaurant redos, and this morning on the show, weather anchor Al Roker recreated the McRib sandwich in the Today kitchen just in time for the weekend.
To make the delicious McDonald’s inspired McRib sandwich, weather anchor Al Roker stated that you’ll need a food processor, a nonstick pan, pork shoulder, sugar, water, salt, Hunt’s Original Barbecue Sauce, a hoagie roll, yellow onions, dill pickles and a few other ingredients.
