When it comes to dessert, everyone loves delicious brownies! I know I sure do. This morning on the Today show, Cathy Mitchell (who is also known as the “queen of dump cakes”) joined Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb in the kitchen to make delicious triple chocolate brownies in a slow-cooker and a dump cake in a slow-cooker too!
To make Cathy Mitchell’s triple chocolate brownies in a slow-cooker, she mentioned you’ll need non-stick spray, your trusty slow-cooker, a brownie mix, eggs, brown sugar, milk chocolate chips, brown sugar, hot water, and a few other ingredients. To make these fabulous brownies she placed the ingredients in the slow-cooker, “gave it a stir”, put on the lid and stated that this fabulous dessert would be done in about two and a half hours.
To make Cathy Mitchell’s dump cake, she dumped cherries, a cake mix, and a melted cube of butter in her slow-cooker. Be sure to watch the video below for details, and don’t forget to head over to the Today Food website —> Today.com/Food for these amazing recipes.
