There’s nothing quite like delicious homegrown vegetables in the warm summer months! This week on the Today show, it’s vegetable challenge week (my favorite!) and this morning they kicked off day one with chef Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth’s (of New York restaurant Root & Bone) delicious cole slaw wraps, with vitamin-rich leafy greens!
On the Monday, July 20th episode of the Today show, chef Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth educated us on Southern collard greens, savoy cabbage, Swiss chard, mustard greens and Bok choy, and showed us how to make their delicious cole slaw wraps! To make the famed chefs cole slaw wraps, you’ll need savoy cabbage, carrot, red onion, mayonnaise, buttermilk, white vinegar, celery salt and a few other ingredients. Be sure to watch the video below to learn how to make this fabulous dish! Don’t forget to head over to Today.com/Food for the recipe.
