To make Siri Pinter’s one pot summer vegetable chowder, you’ll need a pot, a blender, onions, celery, zucchini, potatoes, red bell pepper, corn, cream, olive oil, chicken stock, parsley, salt and pepper. If one of these vegetables isn’t your thing, Siri mentioned that you can substitute it with your favorite!
