When it comes to preparing my favorite meal or dessert, I prefer cooking/baking with very few ingredients! It makes life simpler that way, and is much less work for me. One of my favorite desserts is pavlova, I made one once years ago, but it was so time consuming that I never made one again. Lucky for me, earlier this morning on the Today show, “Let Them Eat Cake” author, Gesine Bullock-Prado joined Willie Geist, Tamron Hall, and Al Roker to make her fabulous Australian inspired gluten free pavlova with just five ingredients, and her electric stand mixer. Gesine and Willie then topped the pavlova with whipped cream and fresh berries. Gesine Bullock-Prado stated that you can also top it with chocolate shavings. Doesn’t this dessert sound amazing? I can’t wait to make it!
