Nothing says brunch quite like pancakes! With Mother’s Day just a few days away, many of us will be planning a beautiful brunch for the wonderful mom in our lives. Yesterday on “The Chew” Daphne Oz put a spin on the classic pancakes and added strawberry and lemon to the mix, with her quick and easy Strawberry Lemon Puree & Cornmeal Griddle Cakes that she made using the Vitamix 750.
