When it comes to Italian food, I absolutely love ravioli and lasagna! There’s nothing quite like an authentic Italian meal in my book, and earlier today on “The Chew” Clinton Kelly must have read my mind when he merged my two favorites and made a vegetarian ravioli lasagna that I can’t wait to prepare. Doesn’t this dish sound amazing? I love that it only calls for four ingredients and it’s easy enough that a novice chef like myself can make it.
