When it comes to food, I’m not picky. Give me a delicious lasagna and Mexican food, and I’m the happiest girl on earth! I have a feeling that Clinton Kelly and chef Carla Hall heard a thing or two about my love of both of these delicious staples and created a must have Mexican lasagna on “The Chew” that I am way too eager to try!!! It has delicious tomatillo salsa, shredded rotisserie chicken, pico de gallo, guacamole – and that’s just the beginning. Doesn’t this dish sound amazing? The best part is it’s easy to prepare and serves eight to 10 people – perfect for your dinner party this weekend.
