With Memorial Day just 10 days away, it’s time to throw backyard barbecues and celebrate summer with hamburgers and great friends. Earlier today on “The Chew” chef Michael Symon shared his favorite diner style burger recipe, the Big Mike Burger (his version of the Big Mac)! A burger is never complete without special sauce, especially chef Michael Symon’s “Symon sauce” which calls for garlic aioli, ketchup, brown mustard, hot sauce and pickle juice! Not only do these burgers sound delicious, but they’ll serve four and take about a half an hour or less to prepare.
