  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Cremini, Shitake and Oyster mushrooms
  • Shallots
  • Garlic cloves
  • Tomato paste
  • Fresh oregano
  • Allspice
  • Nutmeg
  • White wine
  • Tomato puree
  • Mushroom stock
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Bay leaves
  • Parsley
  • Low fat Greek yogurt
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Dutch oven
