It’s no secret that I love chocolate, it’s something that I have to eat on the daily, especially brownies! Earlier today on “The Chew”, Daphne Oz made a brownie recipe that I am eager to try, her sweet potato brownie bites. I’m one of those people who used to shy away from sweet potatoes during the holidays, I stuck with classic mashed potatoes, but my mom finally got the best of me and made me try sweet potatoes (so much for being an adult! 🙂 I must tell you, I’m a little upset at myself for avoiding sweet potatoes my entire life, I absolutely love them now.
These sweet potato brownie bites are not only a delicious dessert to be baked and consumed now, but be sure to save the recipe for Thanksgiving (which I’m sure will be here quicker than we think) when you’re looking to do something with your leftover sweet potatoes.
