  • Ground chicken
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Egg
  • Garlic cloves
  • Flat-leaf parsley
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Nutmeg
  • Parmigiano-reggiano
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Cremini mushrooms or
  • White mushrooms
  • Shallots
  • Marsala wine
  • Butter
