One of my New Year’s resolutions for 2015 is to eat breakfast. I start my mornings pretty early, most of my interviews are done on the East Coast, and being that I’m in California, I’m usually on Eastern Standard Time! It’s a rarity when I actually eat breakfast, and that’s a shame seeing as it’s the most important meal of the day. Earlier today on “The Chew” one of my favorite interviewees, chef Carla Hall, herself shared an amazing quick and easy dessert for breakfast dish, her frozen Greek yogurt covered blueberries. Doesn’t that sound perfect?! I can’t wait to make it, and love that it can be prepared the night before.
