Mashed potatoes have long been my favorite Thanksgiving/holiday side dish. I definitely love my potatoes! This year much to my surprise, there were no mashed potatoes…just sweet potatoes. I’m not sure why I’d never taken the plunge and actually eaten sweet potato casserole, but as of Thanksgiving 2014, I love sweet potatoes! Much to my surprise today on “The Chew” the chefs and guests Anthony Bourdain and Nigella Lawson of “The Taste” made chef Michael Symon’s delicious Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brussels Sprouts and Brown Butter recipe that I’m eager to try! Doesn’t that dish sound amazing? Yum!
