When it comes to holiday food, you can always find me snacking near the appetizers. As someone who is widely known for getting full on yummy snacks, Mario Batali’s festive salami flatbread recipe makes me so happy! Today on “The Chew” Mario dished that we should always have a few things on hand: very nice salami, pizza dough or bread dough in the freezer and either a cast iron pan or griddle in order to prepare this festive appetizer that I can guarantee I will eat before my guests will even arrive. 🙂
