  • Large kale leaves
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Head Radicchio
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Dried cranberries
  • Chef’s knife
  • Vegetable peeler
