We saw this on the 11/11 episode. Salivating to try this. Have tried to find Brioche dough which Mario says can be purchased anywhere, Ideas on where (in the San Francisco/San Jose area)? I’ve tried French bakeries and Whole Foods w/ no luck,

I’m with you. I’ve never in my life seen brioche dough sold anywhere. I, too, live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Pizza dough? Yes, all over the place, but never a brioche sighting. I guess we’ll just have to make our own. Martha Stewart has an excellent step-by-step recipe for it on her show – the video can be found online if you Google it. Good luck!

Good idea – – Still searching for a brioche as it’d be lighter. Happy sunny days!
