Cauliflower is the official “it” vegetable of 2014, wouldn’t you say? For the last few years it’s all been about kale, but this year it’s definitely cauliflower. I’m not picky when it comes to my cauliflower, I love it boiled, steamed or in my mom’s amazing broccoli salad with raisins and dressing. Now that cauliflower is gaining popularity, so are the amount of tasty recipes! “The Chew” chef Mario Batali (and the stars of “Manhattan Love Story”) closed out September with chef Batali’s perfect soothing fall/winter dish, a delicious cauliflower soup with polenta croutons.
