  • Spanish onion

  • Pine nuts
  • Currants
  • Hot chili flakes
  • Eggplants
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Mint
  • Zucchini blossoms
  • Baguette
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Carrot
  • Whole tomatoes (in can)
  • Large saute pan
