“Pregnant in Heels” reality TV star and talented fashion designer Rosie Pope (Rosie Pope Maternity) gave birth to her fourth child, Bridget Monroe a few months months ago, and shared with “Life & Style” magazine just how she lost the baby weight fast (and healthy), and how you can too.
In an exclusive interview with the magazine, the reality star/fashion designer told “Life & Style” that she lost 40 pounds in 10 weeks by eating a diet consisting of lean protein, super foods and veggies (after giving birth to her daughter). Rosie stated “I was eating so-called low-cal foods that weren’t really healthy,” she explains to Life & Style. “Now I have clean, reasonably-sized portions and weigh myself to monitor my progress.”
When it comes to everyday snacks, Pope can’t live without four fiber-packed apples, several cups of a diuretic fennel tea, along with an energizing chia seed and grapefruit drink that’s like “rocket fuel”. What’s on Rosie Pope’s “avoid list”? “Carbs after lunchtime, sauces, oils and added sugar.”
