How To Make Natural Lifestyle Expert Sophie Uliano’s Gummy Vitamins

I love Hallmark’s “Home & Family” show. Not a day goes by that I don’t learn something beneficial or fun from the program. I especially love it when one of my favorite interviewees, natural lifestyle expert Sophie Uliano is on the show. I recently shared her DIY hand soap, (which I can’t wait to make!) and this week she made homemade gummy vitamins. I had absolutely no idea how easy and cost-effective it is to make your own vitamins until I watched Sophie’s segment. If you’ve ever wanted to make your own vitamin C or favorite vitamin, be sure to scroll down for details on how you can make your own gummy vitamins in the comfort of your own home!
