  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Hoagie rolls
  • Pastrami
  • Onions
  • Dry white wine
  • Shallot
  • Gruyere cheese
  • Cornstarch
  • Dijon mustard
  • Medium sauce pot
  • Saute pan
