Celebrating the Lunar New Year on January 31st? For those who haven’t heard, 2014 is the Year of the Horse, “which gives hope for a new year of happiness, prosperity and health.” And what better way to enjoy the new year than with a box of delicious chocolates?!

Godiva was kind enough to send me a box (to review) of their limited edition Godiva Lunar New Year Truffles which includes White Chocolate Pineapple Macadamia Truffle, Milk Chocolate Cherry Almond Truffle, Dark Chocolate Caramel Pear Truffles and Matcha Truffles. The truffles came in a beautifully packaged gold Godiva box, and let me tell you, if you love fruit and/or green tea this set is for you! The flavors are quite robust, especially the white chocolate pineapple macadamia truffle, and the matcha truffles- they taste exactly like green tea. Not only would this box make a great gift for the Lunar New Year, but Valentine’s Day which is only a few weeks away!
