Review: San Francisco Giants Rally Emi-Jay Hair Ties

Well, it’s a little after 10 pm on the west coast, my San Francisco Giants just won their second World Series in three years, and I credit it all to my new Emi-Jay hair ties. Yes, it’s true it was all the black and orange hair ties.

My good luck charm bracelets! My arm candy from left to right: Emi-Jay Halloween (imo San Francisco Giants) hair tiesGorjana Cross Over Charm Bracelet,  my superstitious Evil Eye bracelet, and Giles & Brother Spike Cuff Bracelet.

It all started a few weeks ago when Emi-Jay approached me about reviewing their black and orange Halloween hair ties, and their Cure Collection hair ties in honor of breast cancer awareness. As someone with very thick, coarse hair it’s extremely hard for me to find hair ties that are sturdy and won’t break as soon as I put them in my hair, but aren’t so tight that they give me a headache…so I knew I had to give them a try.

If you were to ask me how I feel about them on my wrist as bracelets and good luck charms, I give them an A+. My Giants won six in a row and the World Series thanks to them…how could I not love them! icon wink Review: San Francisco Giants Rally Emi Jay Hair Ties And as hair ties, I am in LOVE. They are by far the best hair ties I have ever, ever used. I love wearing my long wavy hair in a pony tail, a top bun or a long side braid accessorized by my Emi-Jay ties. But I’ve also found that they’re great when curling my hair. I used to have to resort to using a clippy (regular hair ties are too harsh on my hair since it’s so thick) and pulling my hair in a few sections, and although it was a pain to have to take the clippy out every time I’d grab a strand at a time to curl, I did it because that was my only option. It’s seriously so easy now thanks to the Emi-Jay hair ties, it doesn’t take long at all, and they don’t pull my hair which is important. And can you believe the ingenious company founders, Emily and Julianne are just 17 years old? Not only are they highly talented, but philanthropists as well- 15% of sales of the cure pack benefit the EIF Women’s Cancer Research Fund.

Oh and have I mentioned my San Francisco Giants are World Champs thanks to my newfound good luck charms? I am one happy girl! icon smile Review: San Francisco Giants Rally Emi Jay Hair Ties
