Another Mercedes Benz Fashion Week (New York Fashion Week) is in the books. The streets of New York have cleared, and designers, fashion editors and bloggers alike will set their sites on London this week for London Fashion Week. We’ve seen the gowns, and the fashion trends we’ll be coveting for spring 2013, but we would be remiss to end our NYFW coverage without another shot of fashion’s newest darling, Ryan Lochte, along with other best dressed celeb notables you may have missed!
