With over 58 Nascar Cup Series wins under his belt, Nascar driver Jimmie Johnson is no stranger to success. Johnson, who many consider one of the best drivers in Nascar history, and his sponsor LOWES have partnered with the American Red Cross to help aid those affected by Hurricane Isaac at Sunday’s NASCAR race at Atlanta Motor Speedway. According to Business Wire “As part of Lowe’s Racing for Relief program, Lowe’s will match the race earnings of Team 48, with a minimum donation of $100,000 to the American Red Cross. Together, Johnson and Hendrick Motorsports also will donate $48,000 toward the cause.”

If you’re interested in helping you may do so by visiting your local Lowe’s and donate at the cash register or by visiting Lowe’s American Red Cross Donation site, texting REDCROSS to 90999 or by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
